Refund Policy

1. The short version

You can ask for your money back within 14 days of delivery. One email is enough.

You do not have to give a reason, and nobody will ask you to justify it.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and say that you want a refund.

Write from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number, so we can find the order.

A person reads that email. There is no form to fill out, no phone call, and no chat window.

We will offer to do the reading once more at no charge. If you would rather simply have the money back, you get the money back.

3. There is nothing to send back

Everything sold here is digital and arrives by email, normally 24 to 48 hours after you order.

No physical goods are shipped, so there is no package to return and no label to print.

4. Who charged your card

The charge on your statement will not say "Mariella" and it will not say "Soul Medium".

Checkout and billing are handled by an authorized reseller, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase.

Depending on which checkout you went through, the name on your statement reads Digistore24 or ClickBank. The one that applies to you is also on the receipt emailed to you right after you order.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, please email us before you contact your bank. We can identify the order quickly, and a refund is faster than a dispute.

5. Each purchase stands on its own

The reading is $47 one time. Anything optional you added at checkout is billed as its own separate item.

You can request a refund on one item and keep the others.

6. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the delivered material ends.

Download links stop working, and the personal license granted in our Terms of Service ends with it.

Copies you already saved to your own device are yours to delete.

7. How the money comes back

The reseller returns the amount to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else.

How quickly it appears is up to your bank or card issuer, and a few business days is normal.
